Week 2 – Black Stripe – Physical (Coachable, Progressing, Following Along)
Week 3 – Blue Stripe – Weekly Challenge
Week 4 – Blue Stripe Challenge (in class)
Week 5 – Black Stripe #2 – Know form / Break Board in 3 tries, physically ready to test
Week 6 – Red Stripe – Ready to test (includes best effort at school, behavior & attitude at home & school, living out the tenets and life skills), practicing martial arts at home, Given by PARENTS!
Week 7 – Blue Stripe Challenge (in class)
**No limit on Blue stripes earned**
